I want to share a book that I’m currently reading and I’m already in chapter two and I am loving it!

The book is called “Buy Back Your Time” by Dan Martell.

And one of the things that stood out in this book is that In order for you to grow your business, you must first hire people to free up your time first as the business owner so that you can be an impact to your business and really invest in the team.

So what happens is right now, most business owners, and I’m guilty for that, is that we first hire roles within the company. And yes, those things are important, but we forget about ourselves. We forget about the tasks that we’re doing right now that’s overwhelming us. And we should be hiring first to free up our time so that we can buy back our time.

So guys, that’s all I wanted to share. If you are overwhelmed with a lot of work in your business or law firm, make sure that you hire first to free up your time before hiring key roles within your company.
