So I’m going to introduce you today to one of our new team members that started this week and she has been helping us with recruitment.
She has been helping us find the right team members for ewizer and also for the staffing side.

So Laura, what’s one attribute that we look for when hiring a new team member?
I think it will be communication skills. Like communication skills is everything.
Yeah. So, so true. If you don’t have communication, it’s really hard for you to work here at ewizer or anywhere, right?
So communication is a skill that you need to develop when you’re working anywhere.
So if you’re looking for a new hire, make sure that they have good communication skills.
