Consistent Learning Is Key For Growth
A consistent brand helps increase the overall value of your company by reinforcing your position in the marketplace, here are 3 key things that we’ve done consistently that have allowed us to grow rapidly.
If there’s one thing that we’ve done as an agency that has allowed us to grow rapidly in the last two years, is that we’ve been consistent in a few things, and I’m going to share them with you.

- We have been conducting learning meetings every single week. We gather our team every Friday and we just talk about a specific subject, usually, it’s about self-development and leadership. One team member leads the group for 15 minutes, and after that, we have an open discussion so everyone can share their opinion, and we learn from each other. We’ve been doing it for the past three years, and it has transformed our culture, our team members, and me because by hearing their knowledge, I learn and it has allowed me to grow as a person, CEO, and leader.
- Surround yourself with the right people. Our agency joined “The Mastermind Group” about a year and three months ago. It has been amazing, it has over 200 agencies, some of them are way ahead of our agency and I’ve been consistent in attending their learning meetings every month. They say that you’re the average of the five people closest to you. So I’m surrounded by a ton of agencies here that are keeping me in check. I learn from them and then I feed it to my team; that way they’re growing as much as I’m growing.
- I’ve been focusing not only on the micro but on the macro. Where do we want our agency to be in three years? if I continue working on what I’m working on, our agency is going to get to where we need to be? So a lot of times we focus on the micro, “oh, I lost this client” or “Oh, my gosh, this happened.” And what happens is you lose focus on your goals. You are gonna lose a client, things are going to happen. There are gonna be trials in front of you. But always remember the big picture.
