How to WOW your Law Firm Clients

I got an email from one of our clients today, letting us know that they’re very happy that they chose Ewizer as their Digital Marketing Agency because they’ve already closed two deals from the Facebook ads we’ve been running for them; they also said in the email that they’re very appreciative of the communication that we’ve been having, the systems we have in place, and also for the gift basket that we sent them three months ago. Every time a new client signs with us, we send them a gift basket, just welcoming them to the Ewizer family. It’s just a way to WOW them. That’s what I want to talk to you today about: How to Wow your customer.

If you’re a Law Firm, and you’re not sure how to Wow your clients, you’re probably saying, “John, how can I WOW my clients, if we’re dealing with divorce cases or if I’m a bankruptcy attorney, how can I do that if I’m dealing with people that have financial problems?” Well, you could WOW them by sending them a gift basket once they sign up with you. They’re human, right? They’re going through a major life problem and you’re there rooting for them, you’re gonna fight for them. So imagine you sending them a gift basket, the attorney, send it directly to them with a nice note, just letting them know:

“Hey, I understand what you’re going through. I just wanted to send you this to warm up your day and to let you know, we’re here for you, we’re gonna fight for you, and anything you need, just give us a call.”

Wow. Isn’t that a wow experience just by that touch? Now, there are many companies that you can do this with. There’s a company that we use called You can subscribe there, get your gift basket, and start sending them to those new clients that you get. Trust me, that person is going to refer you to more clients because of that. So, guys, that’s all I want to share. Make sure you’re wowing the customer.
