Hope you’re having a great day today. I’m here getting my coffee at Starbucks and while I was waiting in line, I was noticing the barista just focusing and making the coffee in less than mealtime. And I was noticing everybody, the whole operation, and I was just thinking about how important it is to simplify our businesses, right?
If you’re a business owner, you can relate. There’s so many shiny object syndrome going around. There’s so many things that you want to offer to that ideal client, but at the end of the day, if you want to grow your law firm or business, you need to simplify your offering. And this is very prevalent as business owners because it’s very hard to say no, right?
But once you start simplifying the process, once you start noticing certain services that actually give you more of an R.O.I for that specific service, and there’s also a specific target. That needs your service. Once you start narrowing down your offering, your company’s gonna scale.
