Hey guys, John here from ewizer, just came back from a customer’s office and this company is an insurance company.

They called us in because they wanted to find out how we can help them grow their company, not only with Facebook ads  and doing a new website, but he was asking me solid questions like, “Hey, what are a few things that I can apply now in my company, to scale and to grow?”

And I said, “look, you have to invest in your people. You have to invest in your team. You have to empower them.”

So I would say number one is invest in your team.

And number two, you have to invest in tools and software.

Just these tools are gonna allow you to scale to the next level because you can’t be hiring a thousand people- I mean, you can, but you want systems and tools in order to help you grow and get to the next level.
