I just wanted to share a few tips on hiring.
Whenever you’re hiring a new team member, you want to make sure that you’re looking for two or three things.
And the first thing is character. You want to make sure that they have a really good character because they can be the best team member in the world, but if they have a bad attitude or if they’re privileged, you don’t want to hire anyone like that in your team because it’s just going to mess up your culture.
Number two is you want to make sure that they’re resourceful. That they’re problem solvers, that they’re just going to come up with a solution. Because a lot of times team members are just waiting for someone to solve their problem.
And number three is you want to make sure that they are wanting to grow. You want to make sure that they’re growth minded individuals that always are looking for ways to grow in whatever they’re doing. Whatever role they’re in.
