So number one is: get clients. Number two is you wanna make sure you’re delivering results. Number three. You want to be able to retain your clients.
So retaining clients is the hardest. But if you have systems in place, you have the right team in place, you have a follow up email sequence so you have a nurture campaign, you wanna make sure that you’re sending maybe an e-blast every month just letting your clients know that you’re there.
That’s how you’re gonna be able to retain them. So, there’s so many different retention (strategies), and it’s not about a strategy, it’s that you wanna make sure that your clients are your partner. It’s like you’re getting married with your clients.
So, number one is, remember, getting clients. Number two is you wanna make sure you’re delivering results. And number three is to have a good retention strategy.
